Cancellation & Alteration Policy

Effective Date: June 19, 2026

Our trips are built on specialized resources, including custom 4x4 vehicles, dedicated staff, and localized logistics. Because we commit to these costs well in advance, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

1. Cancellation Slabs

All deductions are calculated based on the Total Trip Value at the time of cancellation notice:

45+ Days prior to departure	85% Refund or 100% Travel Credit
30 to 44 Days prior to departure	50% Refund or 75% Travel Credit
15 to 29 Days prior to departure	20% Refund or 50% Travel Credit
0 to 14 Days prior to departure	0% Refund / No Vouchers

2. Force Majeure & En-Route Alterations

• Pre-Departure: In the event a region becomes inaccessible due to government mandates, military orders, or severe natural disasters before the trip starts, The Roadtrip Co. will issue a 100% Credit Wallet Voucher valid for 12 months. No cash refunds will be processed.
• En-Route Changes: Our trips follow an "unplanned philosophy." If a route is blocked by landslides or weather, our crew will divert to an alternate route. No refunds or price adjustments will be provided for missed destinations or altered paths.
• Additional Costs: Any additional accommodation, transport, or rescue/towing costs resulting from environmental blockages must be cleared on-site by the tour group.

3. Termination of Participation

The Roadtrip Co. reserves the right to terminate a participant's trip at any time without refund if they are found in violation of our behavioral policies, specifically regarding the use of illegal narcotics, dangerous conduct, or refusal to follow safety commands.
