• Health Data: Blood type and pre-existing medical conditions (e.g., respiratory issues) to assist during emergencies in high-altitude terrain.
• Operational Data: WhatsApp numbers for trip coordination groups.

2. Financial Data Security

The Roadtrip Co. does not store credit card numbers, banking passwords, or EMI verification data. All financial transactions are processed exclusively through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Your payment information remains between you and the payment provider.

3. Media Rights & Content Documentation

As a "Content Creator First" organization, we document our journeys. By joining a trip, you consent to being filmed/photographed. You grant The Roadtrip Co. an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use this media across our social channels and marketing assets. If you wish to opt-out of appearing in promotional content, you must notify us in writing via email at least 7 days before the trip. Note that background inclusions in group shots are inevitable and cannot be removed.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with:

• Operational Partners: Hotels, local transport partners, or permit authorities as required to facilitate the trip.
• Legal Authorities: In the event of criminal activity, negligence, or legal necessity, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement and disclose relevant participant data as requested by judicial authorities.
