1. Inherent Risk & Limitation of Liability

Adventure travel is volatile. The Roadtrip Co. is not liable for environmental factors (landslides, weather), health emergencies, or personal property loss/theft.

2. Standard of Accountability (The "Video Burden of Proof")

The company maintains "Zero Liability" for incidental road mishaps. Liability is limited only to Conscious Negligence by our crew. Any claim requires clear, unedited, timestamped video footage of the crew performing the prohibited act. Claims without this proof or reported after 24 hours are void.

3. Passenger Legal Responsibility & Criminal Liability

Sole Responsibility for Conduct: The Participant assumes 100% individual and legal responsibility for any act of negligence, criminal offense, or unlawful behavior committed by them during the duration of the trip.

• Criminal Acts: Any crime, breach of peace, or illegal activity committed by the Participant is their sole burden. The Roadtrip Co. accepts zero liability and will cooperate fully with law enforcement, identifying the Participant as the sole perpetrator.
• Contraband & Concealment: Carrying illegal narcotics, weapons, or contraband is strictly prohibited. If such materials are found in the Participant's possession or concealed in company vehicles, the Participant assumes total legal liability. The company may terminate the trip immediately with zero refund.
• Regulatory Compliance: If a Participant engages in activities that lead to vehicle seizure, fines, or legal action due to their own negligence or criminal conduct, the Participant shall be fully liable for all associated costs, damages, and legal fees incurred by the company.

4. Commands & Safety Compliance

Participants must adhere to all instructions from the tour executive. Disobeying safety commands, entering "No Entry" zones, or violating traffic laws absolves the company of any responsibility for resultant injuries, fines, or legal consequences.

5. Cancellation & Media Rights

Cancellation penalties apply (0-14 days are non-refundable). You grant The Roadtrip Co. an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use any media captured during the trip for marketing purposes.
